Welcome to TradeSnap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeSnap mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TradeSnap ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

New users can create up to 5 jobs for free with no time limit. This allows you to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

All prices include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We do not store your full card details - these are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged within 24 hours of the renewal date.

We generally do not offer refunds. However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email and will apply from your next billing cycle.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We will notify you when possible, but reserve the right to act without notice in urgent situations.
The Service, including its design, features, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by TradeSnap and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and other countries.
